Nintendo DS Games List by Genre: RPG, Kids and Puzzle Titles

This Nintendo DS games list holds 12 widely reviewed handheld games and 22 titles published by Storm City Games between 2009 and 2011. Each has its own page, and every fact on those pages carries the source it came from.

Release years are the earliest a source gives. Players shows the maximum a source states, with a dash where none does. Ratings are ESRB ratings where one was found, and Metacritic scores are quoted only where Metacritic or Wikipedia prints them. Review scores of studio titles come from WorthPlaying on a 10-point scale and are labelled as such on each page.

The last column says whether a game still plays. Yes means the game card runs on a Nintendo DS, DS Lite or DSi, and on the Nintendo 3DS family in DS mode. With conditions marks a DSi-only card or a feature that needed a service that has closed. No means no physical edition is documented.

DS game cards are region-free apart from DSi-only software, and they run on the Nintendo 3DS family in DS mode. The Wii U and the Nintendo Switch do not play DS cards. Online features that depended on the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection ended on 20 May 2014, so multiplayer over the internet in several games on this list no longer works, while local wireless play between two handhelds does not depend on that service.
